FOR SELLERS:

Sign Up:

To register on eSourcing.in as a seller, provide a mobile number in the registration form and verify it through the OTP sent to the said number.

Profile Set Up:

Adding sufficient details about your company and products and services you offer are crucial to be considered a trustworthy and reputed seller.
Your profile is divided into two sections:
1. Company Details
2. Product Details

Filling up the different fields in each of these sections gives you points which help determine your ranking on the platform. As such, we urge all sellers to fill in their profile completely and correctly.

Listing Products/Services:

Sellers can add unlimited products and services to their e-Store. Adding products & services can be done by any individual due to simple e-Store management module. If required online assistance shall be provided.

e-Store Activation: (VIEW DEMO eStore)

After adding company & products details by seller, eSourcing team will verify the details over call and email before the e-Store is activated and made online.

Seller e-Store shall be considered for verification if minimum following details are entered by seller.
Business Profile – Min details
Contact Profile – One person details completed & verified
Address – One Address
Statutory Details – GST/PAN
Products/Services – minimum 10 with all details.

After verification, e-Store is made online after payment of One Time Activation Charge. Charges depends on number of products/services added to the e-Store.

NOTE: Sellers can activate FREE e-Store upto 25 products/services with limited features.

Buyers Enquiries:

After activation of e-Store, you will be considered a ‘Seller’ by the platform.

Buyers post their requirements which are sent to Sellers’ dashboard in the form of Direct and Indirect ‘Leads’.

Registered Paid sellers get “Direct Leads” without any charges. Its compulsory to answer all “Direct Leads” without any delay. If “Direct leads” are not answered by seller before expiry then same shall be converted “Indirect Leads” and floated to other sellers.

Sellers can go through the requirements and purchase the ‘Verified Leads’ they find relevant. The buyer’s details are shared with the seller only after the purchase of the Leads, ensuring only eager and active sellers meet the buyers.

Sellers can mark leads as irrelevant and not interested. It’s important and necessary for sellers to respond to all LEADS received on esourcing.in.

The Seller and the Buyer can use the Discussion Section of the platform or any other means of communication they agree upon to interact and start their transaction.

Ranking and Promotion:

eSourcing.in does NOT promote sellers on the basis of type of membership or partake in any kind of paid promotion.

Every seller’s rank is determined by an algorithm based on Sellers’ Response Rate, Profile Score and Rating which are explained as under.

• Response Rate:

  Seller’s response rate is determined by his/her purchase frequency of verified leads, usage of esourcing.in app & web, use of discussion platform, recency of visit and various other parameters. Sellers with higher response rate shall be ranked higher in search results and given a priority over non-active sellers.

• Profile Score:

  Completing the profile is important to gain trustworthiness on the platform and eSourcing rewards detailed information about the company and product by awarding the profile a score. Company Profile and Product descriptions together make up the Profile Score of a seller.

• *Ratings and Reviews:

  After each successful transaction, buyers rate the Sellers and leave a review which are used by the algorithm in determining the rank of the seller.

FOR BUYERS:

Sign Up:

To register on eSourcing.in as a buyer, provide a mobile number in the registration form and verify it through the OTP sent to the registered number. Once registered buyers can use various services on esourcing.in.

Searching For Sellers:

As a buyer on eSourcing.in, you have two alternatives to find a seller:

By SEARCHING

• - Buyers can search the desired product or service.
• - Products/Service matching the buyers’ requirement shall be displayed in search results.
• - Sellers shall be displayed in search results on the basis of response rate.
• - Buyer can shortlist sellers and post enquiry to them.
• - These enquiries are categorised as “DIRECT LEADS” for sellers in their DASHBOARD.
• - Once enquiry is posted, interested and active sellers shall contact the buyers.
• - Buyer and seller can interact with each other on the discussion platform.

“GET BEST OFFER’s”

• - If Buyers don’t want to search for sellers, they can use “GET BEST OFFER’s” services.
• - Buyers can post enquiry to multiple sellers by using this option.
• - Buyer needs to fill the complete form and provide all requisite details.
• - Esourcing.in team shall verify the details and forward the enquiry to relevant and active sellers.
• - These enquiries are categorised as “INDIRECT LEADS” for sellers in their DASHBOARD.
• - Interested sellers shall respond to buyer.
• - Buyer and sellers can interact with each other on discussion platform.
